Guided by the Mind Your Purpose™ values - Validate, Collaborate, Grow, Nurture - this experience blends meaningful conversation, intentional networking, and supportive partnership building, in a warm, welcoming environment (with food and drinks)!
This is NOT your typical mix and mingle brunch. Will you mix and mingle? Of’course! However, this event is not about collecting business cards. This is a Brunch + Personal Development Workshop.
What makes this brunch different from others.
✔️ I design from an introvert’s perspective (because I am one). Rather than unstructured mingling, I create an intentional, structured experience that removes much of the awkwardness found in traditional networking events.
✔️ I build cohorts around shared experiences and aligned agendas. Insightful information is gathered in advance so attendees are seated strategically with people they should genuinely know, not just randomly meet. This brunch will focus on accomplishing a goal before the end of the year!
✔️ Drawing from my background in Psychology, Group Dynamics, and Learning & Development, I design experiences based on how adults truly learn and connect, creating spaces where strengths are recognized, leveraged, and elevated.

Community & Conversation Happy Hour is an evening designed for connection, without the awkward networking pressure. This relaxed gathering creates space for women to reconnect, reflect, and continue meaningful conversations in an informal and welcoming environment.
